Project Overview
A premium clinical laboratory facility and specialty care medical center. The project included high-specification medical imaging rooms, sterile surgery prep suites, specialized HVAC systems with HEPA filtration, and vibration-isolated slab structures for delicate testing equipment.
The Construction Challenge
Integrating complex MEP systems within tight slab-to-slab clearances while conforming to strict OSHPD state regulations for seismic stability and infection control.
Our Solution & Execution
We created a 3D BIM model detailing all conduits, piping, and duct systems. This allowed us to resolve over 400 design clashes prior to construction. Clean-room protocols were maintained during the interior fit-out to meet HEPA filtration standards.
